Research Department of the Hotel Employees and Restaurant Employees
Union, AFL-CIO for the Coachella Valley Coalition for Responsible
Sovereignty (CVCRS). The coalition is a group of local residents,
business owners and community representatives who are deeply concerned
about the future of their community.

Community: A Focus on the Palm Springs Area in the Coachella
Valley and the Casino Operations of the Agua Caliente Band of
Cahuilla Indians. The report takes an unprecedented look at the
local impacts of tribal casinos in the Palm Springs area.
